Akron Children’s SpineScreen – Beach Takeover Event
As Senior Integrated Producer, I led production on Akron Children’s SpineScreen Beach Takeover, a large-scale awareness event designed to educate families about the importance of early scoliosis detection in a fun, high-traffic environment.
My role encompassed end-to-end production leadership—from pre-event planning through on-site execution. I oversaw creative development, vendor and partner coordination, permitting and logistics, live activation flow, and crew for content capture, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s mission and message. On-site, I directed the production team, managed technical and experiential elements, and served as the central liaison between the client, agency teams, and external partners.
The beach setting came alive with interactive education stations, branded experiences, giveaways, and family-friendly activities, engaging hundreds of attendees throughout the day. The event not only boosted awareness of the SpineScreen app but also created meaningful connections with the community, reinforcing Akron Children’s commitment to proactive care and family well-being.
