As Senior Integrated Producer, I had the privilege of helping bring the Cleveland ADDY Awards to life—the city’s biggest night celebrating creativity and advertising excellence. Partnering with Amanda Terman (Creative Director, AAF-CLE) and Ryan Smith (President, AAF-CLE), I spent a full year shaping the details that led up to the big gala night.

My production oversight included event layout and venue scouting, design details, print materials and specs, swag and giveaways, table-top design, social media coverage, and the custom-created Best of Show trophy. I also managed crew and creative team coordination, vendor partnerships, and video production for event content—making sure every touchpoint felt elevated, polished, and fun.

On the night of the event, I wasn’t afraid to roll up my sleeves—I even volunteered to run the check-in table and managed our temporary tattoo vendor, keeping the guest experience smooth and engaging from start to finish.

The result was a high-energy celebration of Cleveland’s creative community, filled with bold design, memorable details, and plenty of personality—just like the work being honored.
